Then that's great! Help me build the site so people like our like minded self's can be more aware of these great, almost historic locations we feature on the site.
If your interested in visiting, photographing, researching & writing about defunct places or in any other way you think you may be of help,
then I want to hear from you, its voluntary work no one gets paid its just a hobbie for us all.

This year (2010) we are incorporating our other website Urban Explorers which is all about Urban exploration so both teams will be one.
I am especially looking to find people in the South Island and Australia but people in Manawatu/North island is great too.

The website has NO connection with the owner's.
The owner's statement to the website in Feb 09 was that the property is unsafe for the public and it is to be pulled down so it can be used for farming. So they are not interested in letting anyone in. SO if you decide to visit the hosptial (e.g. jump the gates) be aware that you are not meant to be there,
but have fun =]
